A new herbal tea from the Ayurvethica line is born: Brahmi, the result of more than a year of research, development and work with the technical support of Dr. Rita Pecorari, biologist, expert in phytotherapeutic and nutraceutical products. We are very proud of it: it is a very special herbal tea, both for its function, it promotes concentration and mental well-being, and for its flavor characterized by a scented note of vanilla. Let's see the characterizing ingredients:
Rooibos - Aspalathus linearis (leaves and flowers): it is rich in vitamin C and minerals such as magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, fluorine, potassium. Antioxidant properties and protection from the effects of excess free radicals
Mate - Ilex paragauriensis (leaves): rich in vitamin C, flavonoids and chlorogenic acid, it has antioxidant and stimulating properties on the central nervous system, cardiovascular system and metabolism.
Bacopa - Bacopa monnieri (flowers, leaves, rhizome): facilitates neuronal synthesis, improves the transmission of the nerve impulse. It has an antioxidant action in the hippocampus, in the frontal cortex, in the striatum.
Cinnamon - Cinnamomum verum (bark): has an antioxidant action to contrast the production of free radicals
Ginger - Zingiber officinalis (rhizome): promotes the regular functioning of the gastrointestinal and cardiovascular systems, relieving localized tensions and helps muscle distension and relaxation. In the herbal tea Brahmi also has a flavoring function.
